This is the official website of FOCEA UGANDA. We are pleased to have you visiting! Foundation for Child Empowerment and Advocacy (FOCEA)-Uganda was started in 2001 by Child Rights Activist and it is a registeredNon-Governmental Community Based Organization (CBO) with the Jinja District Local Government in the Republic of Uganda with registration certificate No. 120422.
FOC EA was formed in order to respond to the increasing challenges of Human (Child) Rights violation, child abuse and neglect, out of school, working and street children, HIV/AIDS infected and affected children, children with disabilities, orphans, children living on Kisima Islands, child headed households, children of single parents and other vulnerable children and youths in Africa and Uganda in Jinja District in particular.

MISSION: “Improving upon the welfare of the children/youth so as to enhance their opportunities in development in order to realize their full potentials as God intended”.
